This meeting is canceled. However, the committee is seeking comment on the following Notifications to Municipalities of potential Cannabis retail dispensary licenses. Each of these locations has applied for a cannabis license and the Office of Cannabis Management will consider locations that meet their guidelines. CB5 has its own set of guidelines by which to assess the appropriateness of a location for a cannabis retail dispensary. You can find those HERE.   • 245 Park Avenue - Dos Caminos Open Air Café This is a private application by Dos Caminos 480 Lexington, Inc. for a chair certification to facilitate an Open Air Café located in a Privately Operated Public Space (POPS) at 245 Park Avenue in Manhattan.
  • Green Fast Track for Housing,  discussion of changes to CEQR Type II Rulemaking to expand eligibility.  Expanding CEQR Type II Eligibility: FAQ for Community Board’s
