  • Application for a revocable consent from Department of Transportation (DOT) to remove the Palace Theater exterior stairways and bulkheads on the 47th Street sidewalk east of 7th Avenue and replace them with interior circulation and exterior walkable surfaces behind a planned new LED sign above the sidewalk level, along 47th and 7th.
  • Application by the Garment District Alliance for seasonal Street Seats to be installed along the parking lane in front of four buildings in the district: 265 West 37th Street, 224 West 35th Street, 1411 Broadway and 1359 Broadway.
  • Discussion of request for a DOT plan to create safe passage for cyclists and implement pedestrian improvements in Columbus Circle.
  • Proposal by operator M & V Corporate Transportation, Inc. for a bus stop on the west side of Lexington Avenue between East 46th and East 47th Streets. The bus would be traveling to Manorville, Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Montauk. There would be 5 pick-ups daily, seven days a week between 10:30AM and 2:30PM.
  • Proposal by operator Ades Transit for a bus stop on the east side of 8th Avenue between West 39th and West 40th Streets. The bus would be traveling from New York City to New Jersey. There would be 5 pick-ups and 5 drop-offs daily Monday through Friday (pick-ups between 7:30AM and 11:30AM. drop-offs between 8AM and 12PM).
