  • City of Yes for Economic Opportunity, the NYC Dept of City Planning (DCP) is planning a city-wide zoning text amendment to support economic growth and resiliency. This text amendment would facilitate the repurposing of existing non-residential space by providing businesses with additional zoning flexibility to locate and expand and would apply to all 59 community board districts.
