This meeting is canceled. However, the committee is seeking comment on the following Notifications to Municipalities of potential Cannabis retail dispensary licenses. Each of these locations has applied for a cannabis license and the Office of Cannabis Management will consider locations that meet their guidelines. CB5 has its own set of guidelines by which to assess the appropriateness of a location for a cannabis retail dispensary. You can find those HERE. Public Hearing & Full Board Meeting

Board members are required to attend in person, however, CB5 meetings are now hybrid and the public and applicants are strongly encouraged to attend remotely via Zoom. Whether you are participating in the Public Hearing or attending the Full Board meeting, there will be full access via Zoom.

Board Meeting room is accessible by elevator but the bathrooms are accessible only by stairs.
