• City of Yes for Economic Opportunity, the NYC Dept of City Planning (DCP) is planning a city-wide zoning text amendment to support economic growth and resiliency. This text amendment would facilitate the repurposing of existing non-residential space by providing businesses with additional zoning flexibility to locate and expand and would apply to all 59 community board districts.

• Application from Manhattan Nuvo LLC, dba De Sous, at 125 E 54th St., for a new restaurant liquor license. The restaurant seeks indoor operating hours until 1:00am, Sunday through Wednesday, 2:00am on Thursday, and 3:00am on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant seeks to have recorded music, live music, and a DJ at a background level.

• Application from CG Tenant LLC, dba CASA GOOD, at 900 Broadway for a new restaurant liquor license at the ground, mezzanine and cellar levels. The restaurant seeks to have live music and a DJ at the cellar level. They plan on operating the ground and mezzanine levels from 7am-12am every day and the cellar level 8am-4am everyday.

Public Hearing and Full Board Meeting
