While there will not be a meeting this month, the Committee is constantly working on incoming applications and seeks comment on the following: 

  • 127 West 26th Street: an application for a new liquor license at the stated location. The bar seeks indoor operating hours until 1:00 am, Sunday through Wednesday, and 2:00 am, Thursday through Saturday. The bar will have recorded music and karaoke at a background level. They plan to hold 10-20 private events per year. 
  • 274-276 5th Avenue: an application for the removal of a liquor license from 1 East 28th Street to the stated location on 5th Avenue. The bar seeks indoor operating hours until 1:00 am on Sunday nights, 2:00 am on Monday through Wednesday nights, and 4:00 am on Thursday through Saturday nights. The bar will have recorded music and live jazz music at a background level. They plan to hold several private events per week.
