1. Ambassador Theatre Transfer Certificate, application by Shubert Organization for a certification pursuant to 81-744(a) to facilitate the transfer of 81,407 zsf of floor area from a listed theater (Ambassador Theater at 219 West 49th Street) within the Theater Subdistrict of the Special Midtown District, to facilitate a 639,498 zsf commercial development at 740 8th Avenue located in the Midtown Theater District, Community District 5, Manhattan.
2. 44 Union Square East, application to amend the condition in BSA resolution to allow deliveries and trash removal for the building’s retail tenant to occur within the commercial zoning district (C6-4) and not within residential zoning as is currently required by BSA condition.
