• 118 West 27^th Street, application for variance to permit the conversion to residential of a portion of the second floor and the entirety of floors four, five and six of the twelve-story mixed-use building.

• Application by 250 W. 49 Assoc, LLC, to transfer 16,000 sq ft of air rights from the Helen Hayes Theatre at 240 West 44^th St, to a development site at 250 West 49^th Street to facilitate the building of an approx 96,333 sq ft hotel with ground floor restaurant and retail space.

• 44 Union Square East, Tammany Hall, which is an individual NYC landmark, is located partly in a commercial district and partly in a residential district.  The application, "to allow the restoration, reuse and enlargement of an existing commercial building," seeks to waive the zoning resolution to allow commercial use in the residential district and to waive the minimum street wall requirement of 85 ft within 100 ft of Union Sq East.
