  • 44 Union Square East, Tammany Hall, which is an individual NYC landmark, is located partly in a commercial district and partly in a residential district.  The application, "to allow the restoration, reuse and enlargement of an existing commercial building," seeks to waive the zoning resolution to allow commercial use in the residential district and to waive the minimum street wall requirement of 85 ft within 100 ft of Union Sq East.
