Presentation by Mountainside NYC LLC of its planned outpatient and counseling services at 204 5 Avenue.
WHEREAS, Mountainside LLC has provided comprehensive inpatient and outpatient substance abuse services for over 18 years in Connecticut, offering a continuum of care and treatment; and
WHEREAS, Mountainside plans to provide outpatient care services at 204 Fifth Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Mountainside has applied for licensure with OASAS, and staffs licensed and qualified professionals; and
WHEREAS, Mountainside services will be available by appointment only and if Mountainside doesn't take a potential client's insurance they will refer the person to another service that does; and
WHEREAS, Services will occur from the hours of 6am to 9pm and will not include methadone treatment; and
WHEREAS, Mountainside plans to have an upscale and discreet facility; and
WHEREAS, Mountainside has expressed interest in being an active member of the local community by working to educate people regarding prevention; therefore it be
RESOLVED, Community Board Five supports Mountainside NYC LLC outpatient and counseling services at 205 5thAvenue.
