10 West 32nd Street (between Fifth Avenue and Broadway), 4th Floor, Bizmax NY Inc. d/b/a "Karaoke Wow", Application for a renewal of a liquor license.
WHEREAS, Bizmax NY Inc. ("Applicant"), has notified Community Board Five of its intention to file an application to renew an existing liquor license for the 4nd Floor restaurant and karaoke bar located at 10 West 32nd Street (between Fifth Avenue and Broadway), New York, New York (the "Premises"); and
WHEREAS, The Premises does not currently hold a valid Certificate of Occupancy in violation of law; and
WHEREAS, The Applicant did not appear to provide, discuss, and answer questions about the application; and
WHEREAS, Community Board Five has a policy of denying applications where the applicant or their representative does not appear so that details can be confirmed and questions answered; therefore be it
RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends denial of the application by Bizmax NY Inc. d/b/a "Karaoke Wow" for renewal of an on premises liquor license for the restaurant and karaoke bar located at 10 West 32nd Street, 4nd Floor, New York, New York.
