4 West 28th Street, Tarentum Ltd d/b/a Ulivo, application for an unenclosed sidewalk café with 3 tables and 8 chairs.
WHEREAS, Tarentum is applying for a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe ("New Cafe") license at 4 West 28th Street; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe will have 3 tables and 8 chairs and meets the requirements for unobstructed pedestrian traffic according to DCA regulations; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe operating hours will not be earlier than 11:30 am or later than 11 pm Sunday through Thursday and no later than 12 am Friday and Saturday; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe is operating on a street with limited residences and the applicant secured signatures from the residential tenants of the 4 west 28th; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe will not serve liquor unless and until it has been granted a license by the SLA; therefore be it
RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends approval of 4 West 28th Street, Tarentum Ltd d/b/a Ulivo, application for an unenclosed sidewalk café with 3 tables and 8 chairs.
