BSA # 18-15 BZ, 90 5th Avenue, Peak Performance, application for a physical culture establishment/health club on the 10th and 11th floors of a 11-story commercial building.
WHEREAS, Peak Performance is opening a second establishment, a flagship, on 90 Fifth Ave; and
WHEREAS, The space is in a commercial building and Peak will have hours of operation on Monday to Friday from 5am to 10pm and Saturday to Sunday from 6am to 7pm; and
WHEREAS, All gym trainers and masseuse are certified and are qualified to administer CPR and First Aid; and
WHEREAS, Peak Performance will abide by all applicable NYC health and hygiene requirements; and
WHEREAS, The activity rooms have been designed with sound proofing, and several levels of walls and flooring to prevent the sound from reaching other floors or suites; and
WHEREAS, Peak Performance understands that the construction of the space must comply with all applicable NYC rules on construction and removal of any construction materials; and
WHEREAS, No members of the public testified in opposition to this event; therefore be it
RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends approval of the application of Peak Performance at 90 Fifth Avenue.
