BSA # 102-95 BZ, 50 West 17th Street, Renegades Asssoc. d/b/a Splash Bar

Thank you for the opportunity to review the above referenced BSA application by Renegades Assoc. d/b/a Splash Bar, application for extension of term and amendment of a previously granted special permit under Section 73-244 to allow patron dancing and entertainment in the eating and drinking establishment at 50 West 17^th Street.

Please be advised that after reviewing the application the Community Board Five's Consents and Variances Committee has no objection to the above request.
