Thank you for the opportunity to review the above referenced BSA application by Town Sports International d/b/a New York Sports Club, to extend the term of a previously granted special permit  to allow the operation of a physical culture establishment at 3 Park Avenue and 34^th Street.

Please be advised that after reviewing the application the Community Board Five's Consents and Variances Committee has no objection to the above request.
