2014 Street Fair and Block Party Applications.

At the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of Community Board Five on Thursday, March 13, 2014, the Board passed the following resolution by a vote of 35 in favor; 1 opposed; 1 abstaining:

WHEREAS, Community Board Five has received the following 49 applications for renewal of street fairs that also took place in 2013:

WHEREAS, These events have been held for many years without incident; and

WHEREAS, The sponsors are all not-for-profit entitled entities and abide by Community Board Five's Street Activity Permit Policies; therefore be it,

RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends approval of the above 49 permit applications for street fairs or block parties.
