Community Led Improvement Plan (CLIP) Task Force

The CLIP Task Force is meeting on a regular basis to coordinate a comprehensive and wholistic approach to re-envisioning the Penn Station Area to improve the transit, commercial and residential opportunities and experience. This page will be updated with resolutions and actions taken by CB5 and/or the taskforce as they move through their process in addressing this area.
