Upcoming grant opportunities from City Parks Foundation
From the City Parks Foundations:
"We're thrilled to share that the NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund grant application is now open here for nonprofit stewardship organizations that maintain, program, and support for the City’s parks and open spaces. We're planning two additional grants this year through the NYC Green Fund. Folks can sign up here to receive updates.
Beyond the NYC Green Fund, we're also partnering with the New York Community Trust and Con Edison to administer a new grant this year: Green / Arts LIVE NYC. This fund will provide small grants, production support, and guidance to artists, arts organizations, and community groups to produce free arts and culture performances in parks, plazas, and community gardens this summer and fall. The application and guidelines are available here.
- Grants of $10,000 to $50,000
- Open to nonprofit stewardship organizations with budgets $15,000+ that maintain, program, and support for the City’s parks and open spaces
- Applications due by 12pm noon on Friday, May 28th
- Learn more and apply here
- In kind production and equipment and/ or small grants of up to $3,000
- Open to individual artists and ensembles, community groups, and arts and cultural nonprofit organizations of all types that will present free of charge, family-friendly performing and interactive arts programs or arts workshops in parks, neighborhood plazas, and select community gardens across NYC
- Applications due by 12pm noon on Friday, May 28th
