WELCOME TO COMMUNITY BOARD FIVE

Community Board 5, as all community boards, is made up of 50 members of the neighborhood appointed by the Manhattan Borough President and local City Council members.  The City Charter designates community boards with an advisory role on matters such as land use and zoning, liquor license permits, the City budget and the delivery of City services within the district. Our CB5 members volunteer their time to represent the district's residents, businesses, associations, institutions and non-profits and work to address issues within the district.

If you see a problem in your neighborhood, please feel free to contact us.

Contact office@cb5.org or call 212 465-0907.
