1133 Broadway, LPBI LLC d/b/a La Pecora Blanca, application for a new unenclosed sidewalk café with 14 tables and 34 chairs
WHEREAS, La Pecora Blanca is applying for a new unenclosed sidewalk cafe ("New Cafe") license at 1133 Broadway; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe will be situated on the south side of West 26th St., with no facilities on Broadway; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe will have 14 tables and 34 chairs; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe meets the requirements for unobstructed pedestrian traffic according to DCA regulations; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe operating hours will not be earlier than 7:00 am or later than 10 pm Sunday through Wednesday and no later than 11 pm Thursday through Saturday; and
WHEREAS, The New Cafe will not serve liquor unless and until it has been granted a license by the SLA; therefore be it
RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends approval of the LPBI LLC d/b/a La Pecora Blanca application for an unenclosed sidewalk cafe with 14 tables and 34 chairs on the south side of West 26th Street adjacent to 1133 Broadway.
