Public Hearing

The public is encouraged to attend and comment on a Hearing Agenda topic, 2 min per speaker. 

Agenda: 

  • An application for a Hotel No Standing Zone at 25 West 28th St for the Ritz-Carlton Nomad Hotel.
  • 160 West 45th Street aka 1514-1530 Broadway, Discover NY Project Company LLC to construct, maintain and use an Overhead Building Projection (pedestal and railing above marquee sign to be used for a visitors standing area accessible from the building to view the street) above and over the south sidewalk of West 45th Street, east of Broadway..
  • 110 East 16th Street, application by EAST 16TH STREET OWNER LLC for renewal of a private application for two special permits: the first (C180263ZSM) is pursuant to Section 74-711 to modify bulk regulations and establish a continuing maintenance program for an LPC-designated individual landmark; and pursuant to Section 13-451 to permit additional parking spaces (C180264ZSM). This will facilitate a new 21-story mixed-use building at 110 East 16th Street in Community District Five, Manhattan.
  • 1 Central Park South, Plaza Hotel, application for restorative work on the façade.
  • 230 Park Avenue, application to amend the existing storefront and signage master plan to allow for restorative storefront installations, additional entrances and accessible ramps, and new signage at the walkways. 
  • An application from Great Wolf Lodge to screen a short film in Bryant Park on August 14th
  • A new liquor license application from 200 Enterprises Inc., doing business as Roxy Delicatessen, at 200 West 54th St. 
  • A liquor license renewal application from Sixth Avenue Restaurant Management LLC and LT Hospitality Management Inc., at 839--851 6th Ave., doing business as "The Vine" and "Second" with an outdoor plaza space on the first floor and an outdoor terrace space on the second floor.
