• Review and discussion of the Executive budget proposals to ease restrictions on commercial hotel to residential conversions, remove the FAR cap in NYC and improve the 421a program.

The PSQL Committee meeting this month is cancelled, but the committee continues to seek public comment on the following applications: 

• 11 West 17th Street: a restaurant and bar seeking a new, on-premises liquor license with operating hours of 4pm--4am, Monday--Sunday.
• 200 West 54th Street: a restaurant seeking a new, on-premises liquor license with operating hours of 7am--12am, Sunday--Thursday; and 7am--2am, Friday--Saturday with some background level live jazz music.
