  • 835 6th Avenue, an application requesting Department of City Planning Chair Certifications to allow for design changes to an existing plaza and allow for an Open Air Cafe at 835 6th Ave.
  • Review and discussion of the Executive budget proposals to ease restrictions on commercial hotel to residential conversions, remove the FAR cap in NYC and improve the 421a program.

  • 11 West 17th Street: a restaurant and bar seeking a new, on-premises liquor license with operating hours of 4pm--4am, Monday--Sunday.
  • 200 West 54th Street: a restaurant seeking a new, on-premises liquor license with operating hours of 7am--12am, Sunday--Thursday; and 7am--2am, Friday--Saturday with some background level live jazz music.
