EMAIL Your Liquor License Applications

Attention liquor license applicants and attorneys, 

As you may know, Manhattan Community Board Five is conducting its business remotely right now.  This may affect how our response time to alcohol license application notices that are sent to us through the mail.  

Until further notice, we ask that whenever possible to email us 30-Day Standardized Notice Forms and application materials for alcohol licenses instead of sending them to us physically.  If you have already sent us a 30-Day Standardized Notice in the mail, but did not receive receipt confirmation, please email them to office@cb5.org ASAP.
